Use of the extension
DeskSip is provided as a Chrome browser extension for personal hydration tracking. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to reverse-engineer, redistribute, or misuse the extension.
No warranty
DeskSip is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We make no guarantees about detection accuracy, uptime, or fitness for any particular purpose. The extension is a wellness reminder tool, not a medical device.
Camera permission
By granting camera access, you acknowledge that video is processed entirely on your local machine for the purpose of sip detection. You may revoke camera access at any time via Chrome's site settings.
Pro tier (coming soon)
Future paid features will be governed by a separate subscription agreement presented at the time of purchase. Free tier terms are unaffected by Pro tier pricing changes.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DeskSip and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the extension.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the extension after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
